    Listening to Autoline After Hours podcast, they pointed out that as EU cities imposed bans on non-electrics in their cities, London's Congestion Charge, being a specific example, the high-end car companies are adding plug-in and other electric options. They want to sell these cars that otherwise would force their customers to use public transportation:
