    Hi all,

have anybody tried these tires? Continental PureContact (eco+) 195/65R15 ? Do they fit? They are 25" diameter vs 24.3 for typical 195/60, and 830 rpm vs ~ 855.

This is the only size they have PureContact (eco+) for 15". I'm driving with ProContact 195/60 now, but PureContact seem to have better reviews.

    Thanks,
    - Alex

Yes, 25" diam is OK, I'm running 195/65/15 on my 2005 prius.

You'll notice the engine reving up more starting from a full stop but you won't notice a difference above 20 mph. Mine are 832 RPM (Michelin Energy Saver A/S).

As to the speedometer it'll be more accurate at 830 RPM. Anything between 835 and 845 RPM is ideal but it'll be just fine with 830.

Oh and where are you that 195/60/15 is typical? Normal for a Gen II prius here in the US is 185/65/15.
