Window seal?

    Hello! The window of my 2004 Prius hasn't been fully sealing and I found where the issue is. Can anyone help me figure out what this part is exactly and if I can maybe replace it myself? I tried moving it with some pliers but I definitely made it worse lol 20251103_140750.jpg
