Window tint in HAMPTON ROADS?

    I am wanting to get my windows done and would like to know if anyone can recommend someone in my area along with any other details you can provide regarding the tint job?

    First I would suggest that you do some research and decide which type of tint you want to use.

    to learn about the different tint films as there are many.

    Llumar
    FormulaOne

    Huper Optik

    Solar gard
    Suntek
    V-kool

    and some others. Some are cheap and some are expensive.

    Thanks for the info! I have actually already done a lot of research and after all my research I've done so far I'm thinking that the Huper tint is what I would like to go with. It's pricey but it looks nice. Now it's just finding a shop in my area that can do it, do it well, and for the right price.

    Haven't researched your area. But I understand that most Huper Optik dealers are usually far for most.

    I'm looking for a good tint shop in the area too. I'd like HO or even formulaone pinnacle, but I may end up with llumar from a HR shop. Also, I only see one reputable looking tint shop ad in the yellow pages and the have the llumar logo.. :?

    I am guessing that you too are near Virginia Beach, VA as is geckoboi78.

    Even FormulaOne dealers aren't too close. You might also check with the Llumar dealers for the FormulaOne Pinnacle as these are all CPFilms manufacture. A nearby Llumar dealer might just be installing it now. My FormualOne dealer sells and installs the Llumar Paint Protection film.
