Windshield Washer Nozzle Clogged

Starting yesterday I noticed that one of my washer fluid nozzles wasn't spraying correctly. I tried clearing the hole with fishing line, which worked then, but this morning it was spraying incorrectly again. I am going to take the nozzle off after work today and try really cleaning it but I was looking up a replacement one in case I break something or can't get it to work. I found that there are three variants for a 2016 Prius: 0 degrees, +2 degrees and -2 degrees.

Is there any way to tell which I currently have installed?
Is there an optimal angle or is it simply user preference?
