    Hey guys, looking for a set of snow tires with wheels for our new prius v.

    If anyone is looking to see and located in the north east (im in CT) i would be looking to buy them from you!

    Thanks for the heads up, i take it they still need to be 16" or bigger for the v, correct?

    Just looked at a pdf I have of the 2012 Prius v Owners Manual. For reference:

    ^ Are those sizes still valid? I would opt for the (narrower) 16" tire for snow tires, for multiple reasons: better grip, cheaper, for starters. And while I don't know specifics, several owners in the v forum have mentioned there's a Camry steel rim that's compatible, yeah I'd assume 16".

    Contact a dealership, and if they're stumped: contact several dealerships. That's the route I went, looking for snow tire rims for our regular Prius. Our dealership where we purchased gave me a long story: no steel rim is available, the Prius is a "flagship" vehicle (exact words). I emailed a bunch of other dealerships, and one turned me on to a Corolla rim that worked fine. Plus they suggested utilitarian lug nuts to go with it.
