    I hate trucks.
    So scary.

    Was that a Prius?

That must be in New Orleans judging by the names on the ambulances.

That doesn't look like a Prius wheel to me. Where are the details? There's gotta be a write-up somewhere.

Hard to tell, looks like Prius wheels to me. Any accident like that would have smashed any mid sized car. Just makes you think about defensive driving, what that driver could have done differently to possibly avoid that. Could leaving 15 or twenty feet more distance behind the truck in front have stopped that crush, would have just driving slower avoided it, don't tailgate. Best idea would be not to have stayed between two trucks like that if there was a way to get out of it.

Stay alert, always watch the situation you are driving into. Don't trust the people around you are going to be watching out for you.

Thanks for the Snopes link. Very cool. I doubt a Hummer III would have done that much better. Those dump trucks are big.

Hmmm... 5 passenger vehicle sandwiched between 2 10+ ton trucks traveling probably 40+ MPH. I think a TANK would suffer some pretty serious damage from that.
