Would you do a long road trip on a 2001 Prius with original HV battery?

Do you think it's insane to consider doing a long road trip (500+ miles one way) on a 2001 Prius assuming:

    - It's kept up with maintenance and in reasonable shape.
    - It has close to or over 200,000 miles
    - It's still using the same HV battery since Day 1.

I'm a little paranoid about HV battery failure as I've read countless people whose HV batteries have failed before 200K in Gen 1 and Gen 2 Prius.

Long trips normally do not stress HV batteries...

I would head it into the wind and have a great time........don't worry about your HV battery.

Run it for the fun.....besides 500 miles is just a short run
