    Sometimes when it's a long day at work, we play this game.


    Would you rather...

    On the first day of a new job:

    show up in full costume from the Broadway musical, CATS?

    OR

    join your new co-workers for lunch and only be allowed to eat with you face, no hands or utensils?

    The kicker, you can give NO explanation why you are dressed like a cat or eating without your hands/utensils.

    ahahhahaha, this is great...

    I'd rather eat with my face, that way I'd be considered a bit eccentric versus flat out nuts, plus, I might be able to come up with some semi-legit reason (religion, some sort of fasting/diet/medical issue)....

    Now it does not say if we are out or having lunch that perhaps we brought.....
    In my office the cat outfit would probably get more notice but if we were eating with our faces they would just think we were mimicing (good naturedly) one of our consumers. Love them dearly but they do come up with some interesting approaches to life. So I go for eating with my face!

    hmmm. i think i'd rather eat with my face. you can pick something relatively easy to eat with your face and clean up afterward. the costume is an all-day thing.

    either one would bring some laughs with you on your first day... i can work with it if people are laughing. self-deprecating humor.

    The other thing about the costume would be whether or not you can get in and out of it quickly....sometimes you get busy and when you finally get a chance....well the girls know!

    As far as ordering a "safe" lunch which you could easily eat without hands/utencils, what would that be? It would have to be a "normal" meal. I guess if it was sushi, it wouldn't be that messy, but still would your co-workers ever invite you out again?

    As far as the strangling kittens or killing a St. Bernard... that's hard - both physically & mentally. I chose the lead pipe.
