WTB - 2nd to mid 3rd generation

I am looking to buy a 2nd to mid 3rd generation Prius. It must be rust free and have no mechanical issues. Minor interior or exterior blemishes are expected, so I am OK with that.

I am in south central Texas, so would prefer to buy within Texas but would consider other southern states. Car must be rust free!

I am tired of local ads on Craigslist from people who are flipping auto auction cars, pretending to be 'private' parties. If they only own the car a week or so they have no idea of it's history. I want to buy from someone who has owned, maintained, and driven the car for years.
