Yay me!

    An update on my weight loss -- I have now lost 27 pounds since Dec. 1. And I am eating so healthy I don't know myself! But wildest of all, I've started a program of indoor aerobic walking, and I have worked up to 10 miles a day!!!! Woo hoo!

    Very impressive! And congratulations on the weight loss. I'm continuing to lose weight, but much more slowly, and my trip to Mexico was a setback for the weight-loss. I expect to reach my goal before hiking season arrives.

    If I might say, make sure to keep it sustainable so you don't burn out long term (please pardon me for projecting my own issues!) and make sure to keep increasing the variety in your diet so it doesn't become boring.
