    Several Prii have shown up on eBay that have salvage titles. I'll bet this is one also.

    says clear title but something has to be wrong with it.

    Somebody send him an email. I bet it's the same scam we saw a couple months ago, with Romanian teenagers wanting money wired via Western Union to Italy. If his story is that he brought the car with him from the US to Europe, and needs to sell it fast, then it's the same scammer. He's also got a very suspicoius auction for a Honda Accord going too.

    The Ebay account is probably hijacked.
