I'm wondering if anyone has attempted to transfer contacts from a Cingular 8125 PDA/Smart Phone? It connects fine and works very well, but I cannot seem to get the transfer done. <_< Any help would be appreciated! |

Oh well... -Darin <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(CerebralPaulie @ Feb 8 2007, 08:11 AM) </div> Quote:

Hi Paul... I have the same phone and the same car - but transfers only work intermiittently for me. I have to go back and test a little more, but I'm pretty sure my transfers fail whenever I have multiple phone numbers in the address book. I've been meaning to try out some other windows mobile contact management software and see if that improves the transfer. Maybe I just need an update to Windows Mobile. I'm assuming you've figured out how to get the transfer started... if not, it's one of those RT*M occasions Dave

I have gotton to the point of getting the car to wait for the transfer to start, but I'm unsure of how to get the Phone to start sending. I use activesync to connect to my laptop. Am I missing something? |
