Friends: 0 | Thanks, I install carpet in Kankakee/Bradley/Bourbonais mostly, some in Joliet. I live in a thriving metropolis of 235 people, 35 miles south west of K/B/B, that you've probably never herd of. I've been on the closest dealers websites, and looked at their inventory. Right now I'm waiting for the 2010s to come out. I've contacted about a dozen dealers, if it was just one, or two, I would complain they want too much money, but with so many, only going so low, I think Toyata really needs to make it worth it the dealers, to sell the 2009s. Just can't imagine buying a 2009 for what you can buy one for, with what the 2010 Prius II has standard, and with the 2010 at 22,750 msrp, a month away. So I'm waiting. |

Friends: 0 | Re the 2010 vs 2009, I'm with you. It's an improved vehicle, but more importantly, the 2009 discount is not yet significant enough to warrant the trade off. The best buy I have been offered is $26+ for a #1226 with package 6, and I believe I can live w/o the leather and GPS for a mechanically superior model with a bit more elbow room. Quote:

Friends: 12 | I can understand that Bob. I can only say that you may want to see if Toyota does anything with rebates come May 5th... Maybe it gets a little better??? Oh yeah, I know exactly were you live. I have good friends in Seneca, and went to U of I Champaign. I grew up in the Addison/Elmhurst area. |
