Friends: 23 | Last year's high tank was 73. I got new tires in the fall and can tell that my mileage is lower this year. Right now I'm at 63.3. I went with 60-65 since that's my 12-month rolling average. |

Friends: 0 | 70.1 highest "average" for a trip (80 miles). Tanks of 90% highway are 56-58. |

Friends: 0 | I assumed it was more of a long term MPG. I did not include the break-in period for my average, but did extend back into the winter months from the point I grill blocked it. |

Friends: 0 | I've driven our "new to me" 2007 Prius about 750 miles so far, a good mix of in town and thruway driving. I'm getting about 43-46 mpg. I'm still learning, but am trying real hard to drive in a way to get that mpg up more. I'm a bit bummed I have not hit 50 mpg yet. I upped my tire psi to 42/40. I know my oil level is 1/4 inch above the top notch dipstick line....I still need to drain some out. When driving around town I try to take my foot off the gas, so it shows just the blue line putting power back in the battery, then carefully, ever so lightly put pressure on the gas to get it to go to the yellow line just driving with battery power. Sometimes it works, sometimes no matter what I do the engine turns on. Sometimes when I need to get up to speed I try to get up to speed quickly, but not flooring it, then let off the gas and try to go easy from there. I wish there were a western NY prius club or something so i can learn from a real person, and let them drive my Prius to see if it is "normal", and to learn first-hand more about my new baby......
