Low Microphone Volume on Gen III

I have been searching unsuccessfully for threads about how to change the Microphone volume or sensitivity on the Gen III Prius. I am getting all the time that people have trouble hearing me when I call them from the prius Bluetooth System.
Does anyone know how to change this sensitivity?
Should I use the same procedure for the Gen II described in other threads to get into the system diagnostic screen?

Yes, I all ready went through that one, but that thread is for Gen II! My question is; does that procedure described there still apply for Gen III nav system?

Yes, it works for the Gen III Nav system also.

Why does mine suck still? I have an iphone 3g... and no one can hear me unless I TALK REALLY LOUD... is it still happening to anyone else after this fix?

Not sure if this will help, but make sure your volume on the iphone is turned up. You'll need to make a call, through the car's BT, and then push the volume + button on your iphone. The first time I made a call, I had to set the PRIUS volume very high, but then figured out that my Iphone's BT volume was really low.

I was just about to post the same video. Used it to increase the BT mic volume and it worked very well.

Wish HTMLSpinnr would post more videos!
