Friends: 1 | Leather cleaner: I use a moistened microfiber towel and wipe down the leather surfaces at least once a month. You can use a cleanser such as Lexol, Zaino Z9, diluted Woolite, etc, but I like plain water for regular maintenance. Leather conditioner: Zaino Z10 or Duragloss 221. Smells like leather and makes the car smell new. Dash cleaner: 303 Aerospace Protectant generally. I got a free bottle of Meguiars Natural Shine from Pep Boys recently, and I'm impressed. It makes the textured dash and door panels look really new. |

I have switched to ArmorAll leather towelettes - cleaner and conditioner in one, and much less sticky and messy than lexol. I use the ArmorAll vinyl cleaner towelettes on the plastic in the car (dash etc.) and their conditioner towelettes after (but not every time). | |

Friends: 9 | For new leather I use Griots Garage Leather Care Spray. It has mild cleaners to remove surface contaminants and it nourishes new leather at the same time: Leather Care Spray - Interior Detailing - Car Care - Griot's Garage For older leather or more heavily soiled leather you could use their leather care cream or leather rejuvenator: Leather Care - Interior Detailing - Car Care - Griot's Garage Leather Rejuvenator, 8 Ounces - Interior Detailing - Car Care - Griot's Garage I also like how their leather products bring back the smell of new leather to the car. Nice when you open the foor and first get in. To clean the dash and make it dark w/o becoming greasy I use their Vinyl and Rubber Dressing: http://www.griotsgarage.com/product/...rrivals&page=1 Their interior cleaner works great on carpets, leather, even things in your home... http://www.griotsgarage.com/product/...rrivals&page=1 Last edited by Paradox; 06-19-2009 at 09:58 PM. |

Friends: 0 | Probably not as good as some of the others, but Turtle Wax Protectant works well for me (it's relatively inexpensive and it's easy to use one thing for both the leather and the dash). Turtle Wax - Super Protectant I just clean the seats, dash and console with a slightly damp cloth, then apply the protectant with a microfiber cloth. |

Friends: 0 | Lexol is the most trusted name in leather care. The Lexol family of leather care products is carefully formulated to maintain the beauty and durability of all types of fine leather. Regular use of Lexol products can prevent cracking and extend the longevity of leather. Lexol is preferred by equestrians for fine saddles and tack, detailing professionals and auto enthusiasts for fine automotive interiors and consumers for fine leather furniture.
