That Green EZPass you saw in my photo album is an electronic toll transponder for high MPG cars (Prius and Civic Hybrid) that gives holders greater discounts on the New York State Thruway and New York City toll bridge and tunnel crossings.

New York has separate Clean Pass stickers for high MPG cars (again, only Prius and Civic Hybrid) that enables holders to always use the HOV lane on the Long Island Expressway.
