Radio Reception Problem

I have a fully loaded 05. I use the radio scan feature a lot. It seems to be very sensitive. It stops at stations that at very weak and full of static. Anyone know if a setting in the service menu makes the scan feature less sensitive?

wow! no replies. I must have a faulty radio or no one cares about weak stations.

Sorry, I didn't notice that in my '05. Of course I'm in a different area.

My '04 'premium' AM radio is the bane of my car. Totally useless.

My radio seems very poor onreception also. I think they have poor antennas. We don't have the radio on most of the time since my wife feels it a block to talking. If I drove along it would be used more. We always car pool and have friends in the car when we drive.
