I've often found that NONE of the 3 route choices that the Nav gives are particularly good. Seems that the system wants to use ONLY interstates or ONLY local roads - but rarely a sensible combination of state highways and Interstates that result in the quickest driving time (yes, I have my average speeds on State and Interstate set to reflect the speeds I actually drive). I all too often end up adding artificial mid points to force the system to plot an optimum route.

Probably a little soon to judge, but in the meantime, I will use the Garmin Nuvi from my previous vehicle.

It seems more advanced and accurate.....

I have a Garmin Nuvi and the built-in system. I like the Toyota system better than the Nuvi. That's not to say that I wouldn't like to cherry pick the best features from both systems.
