TSB-NV004-06 Front seat squeeks

Anyone have information on this TSB? When I looked it up tonight, it showed:

TSB OBSOLETE NOTICE:

August 21, 2008: This TSB is now obsolete.

Please see T-SB-0043-08.

My '07 has really squeeky front seats & I'd love to get them taken care of, but what is an obsolete notice?
I remember reading this TSB before it was "obsolete" and it mentioned the seat mounts being loose & that caused the squeek.
When someone sits in the passanger spot, there is little to no squeeking. When nobody is there, it squeeks a ton.

I have the old one, I don't have any info on the new one. Obsolete means that the old one is replaced by the new one.
