Friends: 23 | This forum has been set up to hold information about local gatherings or other goings in the cheese-bound state of Wisconsin. The Madison group and the Milwaukee group have been very active but until now really had nowhere on Priuschat to specifically post their information. Enjoy! |

Friends: 3 | Hey to all! I'm a newbie here and not sure that I'm doing things proper. (feel free to guide me) I got new TOY for Xmas (TOYota that is) I bought a used 2005 white Prius. My main motivation was to use it on a rural mail route. Another carrier has proved to me it is THE way to go. Please let me know how to join other groups in WI, etc. I just received an EV mode kit from Coastal and look foward to installing it soon. Timm in Spring Green. [attachmentid=6234] |

Friends: 7 | I've only had mine about 6 weeks, but I'm having fun & learning more about her every time I drive. I'm scheduled to be at the Milwaukee Auto Show, in the Milwaukee Hybrid Group's booth on Friday March 2 - hope to meet some more Wisconsin Prius owners (and wannabees). |

Eric, Tony thinks we are sane people. Don't need moderator. (giggle) Boy, I hope we don't let him down. hehe. I am working on some multi-media things for the Milwaukee Auto Show. Right now the big problem is access to electrical power. Brad is working his magic to see if we can get electric power donated. I have a number of short youtube and Google Videos we could use. Some explain how a hybrid work, others just show trends etc. I also have some DVD material coming from NASA which shows some objective environmental information that can show the effects of CO2 on the atmosphere etc. I have also contacted Toyota, Honda and Ford regional reps for props and/or DVD/cd's. So far I have just created one "slide" that says "Milwaukee Hybrid Group] Milwaukee Auto Show". If we have any artists in the group I could include it in a portable Archos 604 player which we could connect to a TV screen or something. I'm looking into a small projection system or tv monitor but if we don't have power we wouldn't be able to do anything. I just think having something playing on a screen would attract interest. Any volunteer artists around? Rees in Racine
