    I retired from Chrysler in 2008- in 2010 I bought my used 2007 Prius for $13K and have over 90,000 miles on the odometer. I had the 8 yr 125,000 mile warranty and consequently the break-down gremlins left the car alone. Best trip mpg was 56.8mpg- In Iowa using alcohol free 87 octane gasoline.
    Traded it for a new 2014 Dodge Caravan ( got 8000 trade in)- the Caravan is a solid 28mg Hwy vehicle
    Looking again, but for a used Prius v- that I couldn't afford in 2014- keeping the Dodge.
