Toyota's Prius Team has created an Easter Egg hunt of their own on PriusChat. In response to a thread theorizing that pricing would be announced at the New York Auto Show between April 10-19, Doug Coleman, Prius Product Manager for Toyota, replied:

The prevailing thought is that john1701a is correct in hypothesizing that Toyota will announce pricing on Earth Day, April 22nd. It makes sense and still kinda baffles me that Honda would give up Earth Day as the launch date for the Insight, which was the original plan. Now Toyota gets the media coup by announcing pricing for the world's most fuel efficient car on Earth Day.
So, who's waiting for April 22nd? And who thinks it will be another date?
