Well my 2001 prius decided to kick out finally, :(

Anyways i have a p3100 p3125 and another code, not sure about sub codes.
Car powers up okay no weird sounds, but barely moves, feels like the e-brake is on and bucks until it gives up. Main and battery light are on, any ideas on what the problem could be? I was thinking a transaxle but could my battery or ecu also be the problem?

Sounds like the trans. Are you planning to DIY replace with salvage trans, sell the car, ???

Unhook 12V battery to "reset" everything. Try going uphill in reverse...does it buck/chatter? Reverse is a good test for the HV battery and transaxle since reverse does not use the ICE. Find someone with Techstream to pull the subcodes and check the battery block voltages (while going uphill in reverse if possible). Are you in the SF Bay area? Pmail me if you need tranny swap advice.
