    install new re manufactured battery at 120375 miles all was well 435 miles later 120810 car would not go into ready mode tow home by aaa torque reads good soc of charge red trangle on mfd also dash lit like xmass tree/

    Going into READY mode, is generally a bad 12v battery, nothing to do with the hybrid battery. Actually a bad 12v battery will sometimes cause people to mistakenly replace the HV pack because all sorts of weird codes are thrown.

    Step 1, replace 12v battery and report back.

    12V battery or hybrid battery. They are different.

    And a "new" battery doesn't always mean a good battery. When the car is not in READY mode, the HV pack is completely disconnected. If the pack was completely dead or functioning perfectly it doesn't matter since it is physically disconnected from the vehicle through relay disconnects. So if the car is not going into READY, your problem lies with the low power 12v auxiliary bus and has nothing to do with hybrid anything.

    Who did the remanufacturing of the hv battery? That most likely is your problem.

    You can reset the car and it'll start and get into Ready mode again, but that won't fix your problem.

    Your cryptic responses without actually answering anything are useless and you won't get much useful help that way.

    "State of charge" OF WHAT is "good"? 12v battery? HV battery? How can you check the SOC of the HV battery if not in READY mode? How do you determine "good"? What can look "good" to one is poor to an actual engineer.

    Have you checked the big HV battery interlock switch? If that is not seated properly (and it often looks good but isnt) then it wont go READY. The fact that the car worked for a while after HV replacement, then died suggests the problem lies elsewhere.

    Most of the time, it is the 12v battery. Get a voltmeter on it.

    Battery can be read by tourque android blue tooth soc of hybrid 60 % 12 volt 12.2 volt. Mfd shows 6 bars relay engersoze. for hybrid ready light try to go on but does not .can read with torque no problem read all cell groups 1 - 14 .rebuilt old hybrid battery drove for 2000 miles did balance . Had more bad cells bought replacement install it put on 435 miles drove towork 45 miles every day no problems till

    What DTCs does Torque provide? You should have codes if the triangle of death is displayed. Are you able to get into ACC mode?

    No codes have vcd techstream purchase try ge it to work need the right driver try a couple no luck yet win 7 32 bit
