2010 bluetooth speaker n mic control? NO NAV!

    I just want to be able to lower the speaker volume when it's too loud and raise it when I can't hear the other party. I would like to be able to increase mic volume if they can't hear me well and decrease if I'm too loud. There are instructions about system setup in the freaking manual, but the actual system doesn't correspond to what's specified in the instructions...

    I've seen lots of info on making the adjustments on a system with navigation but NOTHING on how to do it without the NAV. I tried settings. I tried bluetooth setup commands. Of COURSE the logical thing would be to have volume voice controlled or at least adjustable from the steering wheel controls...

    What? Me frustrated??

    Somebody out there... Please PLEASE help!
