Driver-Side Door Disassembly Procedure

I need to disassemble my door to get a look at the speaker and the insulation inside, as well as check for loose screws. My door rattles with most bass, but pushing against the armrest fixes the problem. Does anyone know of any guide or instructional material that would be helpful for me, as I want some instruction before I go forward. It wouldn't be the first door I've taken apart, but I've always had older cars until this one and don't want to f*ck my door up.
