Driving Prius C from Liftback

You need a Prius c 3 or 4 to get instantaneous mpg. The prius c doesn't have the arc-shaped "bar" gauge like in the regular prius; you have to look at the touch-screen display...which I actually prefer because you get more precision than the arc-shaped gauge.

 

If you drive in town you can get better mpg than the regular prius. once the car gets up to freeway speed the regular prius gains because of less drag. last friday I had a longer than usual drive in 30-35 mph speed limit, I got 84 mpg for almost 30 miles. I thought I should just keep driving and set a new reccord for myself Then over the weekend I took a trip up the interstate 65 mph and rain. mpg ater 200 miles on tank was 57, now after driving another 100 miles the display reads 60.3. I really love the mpg of prius c in town. it is a mpg MONSTER
