Has anyone looked into a mod for this to happen? I like the look of the LED running lights and hate to have them go off at night when we turn the headlights on (base model.) I expect those that know better to chime in on the reasons not to do it... Excuse me if this has been previously covered.
The only way I can think of this working is to cut the pos wire & connect it to a "hot when in ready" wire like the windshield wiper motor wire this way the DRLs will be on anytime ur Prii is in ready mode.
