No new updates. $27.50 per cell was price when I last checked mid-July. I can place the order once people have interest in the cells. Everyone seems to be in a holding pattern. Last I heard from people on this thread it was: - 145 cells mrbigh- 72 cells cgates30 Banshee 08 was interested 228 once he figured out what connections to use. But I have not seen updates.
Please scrub my request for 145 cells; I'm allocating the reserved money toward a 10KW PV system in the roof of my house to be completed shortly.
kinda also in tressed in what your selling contact is telling you about these cells running out? can he still get them in large scale orders? maybe this is wy people are in a holding patern about the bad PR from A123 cells?!
I have confirmed that I can get a 500 (or even 1000) cell ordered filled. People have their own reasons I suppose. I know that the cells we use are easily holding up to our tests. For example 100+amps for 15 minutes straight with little drop in voltage. We've been having a good time with the cells we have gotten so far! Also I have not really tried to get more people on board since I am pretty busy. Otherwise I could have followed up with the people who originally said they might be interested. People can let me know if they want some, and then I'll place some orders. If nothing else I will just sell any extras on ebay again (at a bit higher rate, to cover the extra expenses).

Well, supply on these have been fluctuating. Was unable to get last order filled, so money was refunded. It has been nearly 3 months since I first put this offer out there. It's been too long and now the prices have changed. Going forward, any prices previously mentioned are no longer valid. Never really got enough people interested for group buy anyway so I'm working with people individually and having the cells shipped direct. I am less a fan of LifePo4 123 pouch cells thanks to "Jacks" reviews and test of different LifePo4 batt cells.... I am more a fan (favorable user) of prismatic(bricks) like CALB newer batt cells.....
