So he has had no respect for his fellow drivers for 15 years and yet will whine when ticketed. (missing reflecters only put cars at risk, blinding oncoming traffic endangers humans)
I dont remember saying anything about whining, and no one will be blinded if the lights are aligned correctly which I have just done

The only drivers who get blinded from the RHD headlights are not very good drivers. The RHD lights make a slight difference but its really not as bad as you are making it sound. I have encountered them on the road (friends car) and its no where near as bad as brights in your face - and that happens all the time. If you do not look directly into the headlight - but rather look at the pavement like you are supposed to - you will not be blinded, in fact you will barely notice.
So what difference is there other then the black housing on these JDM LEDs? Can't that be made black on the NAS spec light and just ad LED bulbs? Wondering because I wanted to do that if possible.
The major difference between the US headlights & the JDM headlights are the reflector & the cutoff. US headlight: amber reflector & left hand drive cutoff JDM headlight: white reflector & right hand drive cutoff. Both are offered in halogen & LED for the classic Prius. I'm not sure if the LED headlights are offered in the US for the Prius C & V.

Japanese Domestic Market, meaning they have to be imported to the USA and aren't technically road-legal. The lowest import quote I got was from JDMParts and they said $1848 USD for the pair, which actually seems too cheap. Carson Toyota imports lots of JDM goodies and they quoted me $1275/each + $120 shipping.
Really, who do I need to speak with? Trying to get some JDM wiring diagrams. Maybe they can get them.
They probably quoted the non LED headlamp? All of their stuff seems legit and I did a background check with google search.
To get the head lamps installed, did you really need to remove the bumper? Or is it possible with out removing it?
