MFD Displaying "Problem"

    So I was driving my 2009 Prius recently and it's done something strange it has never done before. I hear a beep for about 2 seconds and the MFV displays the word "Problem" at the top of the screen. Then the word disappears when the beeping stops. It's done this about 3 times in the last 2 weeks and I can't figure out what it means. No indications on the maintenance menu, etc.

    Anyone have an idea what this means?

    Check the engine oil level and while you are at it, all engine compartment fluids.
