NAPA has a battery for the Gen II Prius

    Also just got one with a Duracell that looks like a direct replacement.

    Both the NAPA and Duracell batteries look like they're supplied by Deka-EastPenn, who still makes batteries in the US. Just go for the one with the best warranty.

    The specs are almost exactly the same and so is the case. Both batteries have "Made in USA" printed on them. I'm 90% sure that DEKA/EastPenn and Odyssey are the last major battery manufacturers who still make batteries in the US. Deka is not really well-known because they're mainly a supplier so you'll rarely see their name on their batteries. The biggest player - Johnson Control and owner of Optima - skipped town and went south of the border. Yep... they moved Optima to Mexico years ago.
