I'm looking for easy step by step Instructions on changing the inverter coolant pump fluid.

    Is it easy to change?

At how many miles should I change it?

Use the search functions, but "easy" may not be the correct description
Easier than doing the ICE coolant, but both normally need you to use computer commands to open and close valves to properly bleed air from each system
Both current loops should be refreshed at 100k miles and then every 50k miles thereafter. Use only Toyota SSL (pink, pre-mixed) coolant.
