    Yes, it is. Don't waste your money...

    All these "chips" are are resistors to fool the mass airflow sensor into thinking that your airflow into your engine is more than what it actually is. Your ECU then adds more fuel, making a richer air/fuel mixture. You can damage your O2 sensor using these.

    My understanding is they are illegal in California and may be in the other CARB states ... not that the law ever has anything to do with the actions of an Internet thief.
