Portable Solar charger for PIP

    Any clue if such a charger is in the works? Would be nice if a slow charger that is solar powered could charge the PIP in 8 hours or less... :)

    hmm, let's see. 2.7kwh usable capacity from empty... divided by 8 hours is 337W. i think the standard home rooftop panels are 200W (48V) in full sunlight and are about 1.1 square meters in size. so you'd need more than 2 square meters of solar panel to accomplish this. how are you going to carry this around?
