Hi All initially got the error code P0A80 which indicated a problem with the traction battery which was confirmed by the Toyota dealer. Pulled the battery and found the bad module and replaced it with one from Battery Boy on Ebay. Put it all back together cleared the codes and now it will not switch into drive just stays in Neutral. I included a pic of the dash readout. Any help would be appreciated.

This is usually caused by not sliding the safety plug into position after inserting it. Many have overlooked this as it is not obvious.

This is a very common mistake.

When you insert the safety plug and fold the handle up, you have to push the handle straight down to lock it. This makes an electrical connection, could be the problem.

did you make the correct safety plug connection? it's not as obvious as it may look.

My mechanic couldn't figure out why my car wouldn't start after a transaxle swap, and this simple push on the lever to lock was the key to starting the car.

This would also trigger DTC P0A0D

Sound like you have a scanner. Are other codes present?
If so, list them here and we can help.
