Speakers Turn Off ...Help.

    So, every time I go to turn my radio or CD player up the speakers go out.
    The don't turn on unless I turn my car off and turn it back on.
    Toyota has replaced the CD Player but I believe it's the speakers acting up.

    Has anyone else had this problem??
