I just noticed this the other day. The three climate control buttons on the right side of my steering wheel--fresh/recirc, front defrost, rear defrost--have stopped working.

The functions still work if I use the MFD display to control them.

Any idea what this might be? Is there a separate fuse for these buttons?

    Thanks

Could be a fuse. More likely it's the clock spring in the steering column. I have lost functions in the same buttons, and also the info button. Since it is a rather expensive fix, I am waiting for more buttons to go before I drop the $$.

I’m working on an 06. I replaced the clock spring and still doesn’t work. I’ve worked on several of these in the past and kinda know what I’m doing. Usually spiral cable replacement takes care of the issue. I’ve even tried three others and a different steering wheel. I’m looking up schematics now. Any one else seen this before
