    HI to All.
I just bought little bit bumped Prius 2010.
The bumper, Windshield, hood and left headlamp need to change.
And three front airbags and belts.

But this is not problem, the problem when I start a car the horn is starting beeping.
When car is not started it shows lock with keys icon on dashboard.
When I start it, it shows only airbags problem, and starting beeping. Car run and drive without any visible problems.
    I record example.

Maybe somebody know what is it.

    Thanks a lot.

I didn't hear a horn beeping in your video, but you bought a car that apparently had some serious front end damage, so I wish you good luck in hammering (not literally ;)) out any and all problems.

But that sound what you hear goes from horns, I'm pretty sure in this )

No damage is not so serious but, thanks!

The flashing red lock on the dash when the car is off is normal.

Are all the doors fitting correctly? Sounds like the alarm is going off, but it could be because the car has been involved in an accident serious enough to fire the airbags and the management system needs resetting? I'm only guessing.

Just listened to your video. That doesn't sound like the horn to me. Sounds like a broken pump or compressor. Is it the a/c?

Yes I think airbag systems need to be resetting.

No it's horns, I tried disconnect wires from horns, no any sounds after this))

That why I'm asking help) I don't understand why horns can do this, maybe some circuit in steering wheel, but I not sure in this.

and sorry about my English, please!

Good luck. Any collision severe enough to trigger 3 airbags isn't "minor", or little.

Make sure the 2 coolant loops, engine and inverter, are intact, without any damage or leaks before trying to operate the car.

I can tell you from experience that almost every time I've seen a horn issue like this, it's been a stuck horn switch/button in the steering wheel. There's an outside chance that the relay is stuck, but 95% it's the horn switch.

The sound you hear is that of a damaged horn with constant power. Either it was physically damaged in the accident, or it was damaged from constantly being on following the impact. So you'll likely need new horns, but don't bother replacing until you repair the airbag/wheel, or you'll be buying again.

    Hi to All.
    Problem was solved.
It was a some kind of short circuit in steering wheel airbag.
I just deattached it, and car stop beeping)

    Thanks to all.
