Here is useful information for 2001-2006 Toyota Estima Hybrid or 2003-2006 Alphard Hybrid owners.

Toyota announced two recall campaigns in 2009 and in 2010 for all first generation hybrid minivans. 2009 campaign covers complete replacement of ECU and HV ECU.

Please refer to official information (in Japanese) and contact Toyota in your country.

It looks like water pump replacement was started in Japan in June for Estima, Alphard and Crown and now Toyota extended it for Prius worldwide.

It is not clear yet does Toyota have plan to replace inverted coolant pump on Classic Prius.
