which states have a "cooling off"/return period on new cars?

    Better than being married to, or working alongside, someone who consistently 'knows' things that just aren't so. Or goes into a snit every time better information is provided.

    In your search for truth,

    You can add Pensylvania to your list of "No Cooling off period" states.

    And as stated plenty of times, the gov't allowing such laws unless for resons of fraud (or offered by dealer directly) would just be an eff you to the dealerships and screw them by way of forcing them take back what's now a used car worth a whole heck of a lot less. Initial depreciation is the worst kind..

    Trying to get a deposit returned if you back out prior to signing anything, now that could very well be a different story.
