Hi Ryan, I read that you had retrofitted a 12.3" screen into your Gen5. I'm wanting to do the same to my 2024 non-JBL Gen5. The 12.3" unit would be p/n 86100-47850. Is the swap straight forward? Can you kindly brief me on a simple how to just to remove the 8" unit? Installing is a just a reverse order. I couldn't find anything online. ----Thank you. Roy

Yes, about. I have it in storage in Orange City if you want to look at it. Best if you came in a gen 3 without rear seat.
