      <content:encoded><![CDATA[I have CQ3 chargers. I was getting some strange results in the recorded data. The charge and discharge readings would go up, way down and up again on the same modules. I could not tell a good module from a bad one. I felt that using alligator clips was not good. I then noticed that the banana plugs have a swivel in the end of the 4mm plug.<br />

I took my old bus bars and soldered the charger wires onto them and attached each bus bar to the screw studs on the modules. And, I soldered the swivel...<br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[I bought a 2010 last weekend. Was a 200 mile trip home. Showed 2 pips on instrument cluster. Filled up before leaving city I bought the prius in (held 6.4 gallons) before starting 200 mile drive home. <br />

Removed and cleaned out EGR cooler really well, new EGR valve, new intake manifold. Started up in Maintenance Mode, and it ran really smoothly, so I thought that seemed good, but then it just started rattling in the middle of a smooth idle. Rattled for a couple of minutes, then smoothed out again, then rattled again. Some steam out the tailpipe, and a drip. Compression was 185,...<br />

It will make this sound when I first get in the car but it&#039;s doing it about every 18 seconds driving around town now. <br />

I replaced only the brake booster pump and now I want to make sure there is no air left in the system. (sometimes I hear sounds near the brake pedal that seem like air in the system).<br />

In Techstream, the only place I found that bleeds this part is <b>Utility - ABS actuator has been replaced</b>. But after that, Techstream wants to run <b>Linear Valve Offset</b>.<br />

Doesn&#039;t make sense - apparently they&#039;re both Toyota. From what I know Amayama is all genuine parts, right? Based on other parts, they might be Daihatsu parts (still Toyota, but &quot;cheaper&quot;) - but it&#039;s not stated there.<br />

Both recommended a brake pad and rotor replacement due to them being at 3 mm. I&#039;m reading online and seeing many people go much farther on the brake pads than 100k and just curious what is necessary to replace, since it&#039;s a fairly expensive replacement. <br />

Hi - I&#039;m new to the Forum but looking for help please! I have a 2015 Gen 3 Base Model Prius w/ 25,000 miles. <br />

The car has developed an annoying hard rattle when driving on bumpy (think cobblestoned) streets at any speed. It sounds to me like it is metal-to-metal but unsure. However on smooth roads there is not any sounds made remotely similar to this rattle. The car has never been in an accident and has been well maintained. <br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[There is some confusion on Gen 3 steering dampener coupling repair. I’ve been one of those confused. Issue 1 was Toyota showed no such part for my 2015 Gen 3 Persona, and I had a trusted Toyota parts guy of many years who couldn’t find one on any screen in any fashion. <br />

Secondarily, Avalons, Camrys, some Lexus, and certainly Gen 4 Prii can be found on videos, but Gen 3 harder, until I found this one brilliant man below:<br />
