is anyone seeing this? while switching between ev, while going below 62 mph and not going beyond the EV bar to POWR bar display, the MPG consumption lights stay at 50 mpg instead of 100/999

also while driving in a parking garage after switching to D from R, the backup camera stayed on. BTW THIS IS MORE LIKE A FEATURE THAN BUG BUT I can't seem to reproduce...

I don't completely understand what you mean by "switching between ev", but if you switched from HV mode to EV mode then the engine could still be running to finish the warmup cycle. Alternatively, it's possible to get the ICE started, then drop below the 62mph/PWR threshold (or the midway point of the HSI indicator in HV mode) with the engine still running. To get the engine to turn off, you have to let off the accelerator a bit more before gently reapplying the accelerator.

i don't remember trying to depress, but ill give it a try when it happens again.

as far as the camera being left on, maybe about 2 floors worth of driving? 3-4 minutes

When you first kick over the the HV mode, it will start the engine. While the engine is warming up, the MPG won't max out at the 100 until the engine is warmed - usually stops at about 50. Usually takes about 1-2 minutes, and then it will hit the max.
