I have a bad Enginer charger with burned NTC current limiter. I can't see the marking enough to order some replacement. Does anybody know the part number ? or if you have a charger lying around, please open it up and post the part#. The red wire goes directly to the AC input plug.

    Thanks

Looks like I do not have an Enginer charger here similar to that one. Take a pics of the exterior of the charger. Top, ends, connectors.

It's from Enginer V6 kit. I am thinking of jut selecting an NTC capable of 12-15A. I think the problem may have been that there were two NTC in parallel, probably to share the total load. But of course both are not identical and at time one must have carried the full load and thus started to burn up.

quick update: i purchased a couple of NTC from Newark Electronics, just picked one for 20A, 5%, <$2 each. I went ahead and put two in parallel as there were two originally, though at 20A each, I think it's over the top.

Slap them in and the charger seems to work again, yeah ! even got the pack charged to green LED.
