How to run a 120 V. line into the cabin ?

    Any one have a good way to run a lead cord into the cabin? I want to install it and leave it.

    Best and safest entry point would be the right rear inside panel where the 12 volt battery vent is. The holes are already there.

    The cold doesn't trouble me, I dress for it. What bugs the snot out of me is trying to defrost the windshield all the way clear. It's a weakness of the car.

    I ran a 120 V outlet right next to the level two charger (It's a plug-in) Dedicated 20 amp circuit. If I can get the power inside, I can run anything I want.

    I don't even have to drill holes. Genius!

    agreed. please let us know if you have any success, but i think as soon as you unplug and hit the road, the windshield will fog right up.

    I t depends in the kind of solution you are looking for.
    Temporary, and extension cord trough one of the windows. More chances that you will see the cable and do NOT drive away with it connected to a power source.
    Sort of permanent install, trough the rear vent, behind the Aux battery or the opposite side of the vehicle, near the gasoline inlet.
    You could use one of this PLUGS when they become available.
