Front Side Marker Lights - change to turn signals

    Something to consider....

    The cheap azz stock blinker will tell you that you have bulb out by changing the blink rate. With the electronic type or any other "trailer" type blinker relay, you won't know if you have turn signal bulb out unless you look.

    To do this, you need to cut and tap the negative parking light wire to the positive wire of the turn signal wire. I've just done this on my 11 CRV a few weeks ago and my 05 sienna years back with no problem. As a disclaimer, do it at your own risk. No diagram needed.     168, 194, T10, etc. are all interchangeable.

    I did this with a normally closed relay. The coil of the relay is tapped into the turn signals positive and negative and when the relay is on it cuts power to the side marker for the reverse blink.

    I’m thinking of also adding a side indicator below the hybrid badge.
