I assume the Dura International assembly came with the speed sensor connection point? $56 seems really low, compared to the others.

Sounds like you are happy though and it is working well.

Did you replace in pairs, or just the problematic one?

Anyone want to buy a brand new wheel bearing and hub.
These are NSK OEM purchased directly from a respected shop. The reason I am offering because I may buy two and may not need the second one and shop will not take returns. I pay 139.00 and will sell for the same to someone in the San Francisco Bay Area

    Nexus 6 ?

Repair Manual excerpt attached, nothing extraordinary, agrees with the 66 ft/lb value.

Comments, and this is from someone who hasn't done this, just reading about other's experiences:

    1. Disconnect the speed sensor wire before trying to break the hub free: it can end up flying off, tearing the connector off.
    2. Someone's suggested to put a threaded rod with nuts and washers through the large diameter holes in the flange, then start screwing the nuts so that it acts like a spreader bar, eventually pops the hub free.
    3. With the brake rotor, a pair of M8x1.25 (by maybe 25 mm, fully threaded) bolts can be screwed into threaded holes in the rotor, to help pop it off. (this I have done)
    4. Disconnect and isolate 12 volt negative cable before removing rear brake caliper, and take care when reasembling that the pin on pad backing plate is locked between the spokes on face of caliper piston. And is well seated thus. Do multiple pedal pushes, then reconnect 12 volt, then a test drive, and only then use parking brake, if needed. (Repair Manual excerpt on brakes attached)

Thanks for the links:). I actually used them with @Taxi/Limo today. Found them before you posted though. Job done successfully(y). Maybe @Taxi/Limo will post some pics that he took.

The interesting piece if you have to do this is the speed sensor removal. It has a plastic support shroud around the sensor that has to be removed first. All the repair manual says is to remove the speed sensor and "be careful". Unfortunately we had to figure it out as we went, but got it done:).

Also did trans drain and fill, inverter drain and fill, engine coolant drain and fill and lubed the caliper pins on the hub replaced.

The pin wanted to not fit correctly, but we got it aligned properly;).

Good deed for the day done(y).
